Our commitment
DickTacToe is an adults-only (18+) app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material or behavior of any kind on our platform.
Age requirement
Every user must confirm they are 18+ (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 21+ in Mississippi) before creating an account.
Prevention measures
Hard age gate before account creation. In-app Block and Report tools on every profile and chat, reachable in two taps. Human review of all reports via our internal moderation queue. Accounts found to host CSAE material are permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as legally required.
Reporting
Anyone can report a profile or conversation in-app (menu then Report). You can also email our designated safety contact directly. Safety point of contact: DickTacToe Trust and Safety. Email: support@dick-tac-toe.com. We aim to review CSAE-related reports within 24 hours.
Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and NCMEC's CyberTipline for any suspected CSAE activity, consistent with applicable law.
